There was nothing like it when Arkham Asylum came out all those years ago - and to an extent, there still isn’t, even if the game has gone on to influence most third-person action games that followed in its footsteps. Instead of letting Batman easily prey on whatever cannon fodder he fancies, perched from skyscrapers in a seamless open-world, Asylum captured the fear and claustrophobia of being locked in with your worst enemies running riot, making each encounter count. With a wide selection of DC characters to choose from, Injustice 2 surpasses expectations, delivering one of the most exceptional fighting experiences in the history of video games. Aimed at kids aged 7-1o these two games were released on the PC and Mac in 2003 and are all about completing puzzles and logic solving problems, not beating up bad guys. Every level starts with a conversation between Batman and his allies, after which you can equip items to help in the level. Villains like Black Mask, Penguin, Deadshot, Deathstroke, and Bane make Arkham Origins stand out. Batman Beyond: Return Of The Joker is a poorly made game let down by average graphics and repetitive gameplay. Yet, you don’t even need to be a comics fan to enjoy Arkham Asylum.

The Riddler also get some decent screen time as well, who has been one of my all time favourite Batman villains. A blend of 3D and 2D doesn't work as seamlessly as we hoped.
